Thank you for shopping at Wonderfully Made. We strive to provide the best quality custom baby outfits and accessories. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Non-Personalized Items

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. For non-personalized items, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

To process a return for a non-personalized item:

1. Contact our customer service team at [Your Contact Email] with your order number and reason for the return.

2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

3. Ship the item(s) back to us within 30 days of receiving your RMA number.

4. Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Personalized Items

Due to the custom and personalized nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items. This includes any items that have been customized with names, initials, or any other personal details.

Exceptions:

If there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect name spelling, wrong item shipped), we will gladly correct the mistake. In such cases, please contact our customer service team at [Your Contact Email] within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a description of the issue, and we will provide instructions for correcting the error.
